We are now taking applications for the 2012-2013 school year.

Thanks for your interest in our homes for rent. As you can see from the website, because all of our homes are very near campus they rent very quickly. As in previous years we expect all of them to be leased by Jan. 1st. Act now for your best choice! Look over the website closely; most of your questions will be answered here.

We do not collect last month's rent. Security deposit is 1.5 times monthly rent (if rent is $100 deposit is $150).

All security deposits and first month's rent must be paid before a home is considered leased. A lease won't be complete until each roommate has completed a co-sign/EFT payment form and signed the lease. We do not allow pets in any of our homes.

ENTRY AUTHORIZATION

EASY ACCESS: ChicoForRent or it's representative may enter my residence between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00 Monday - Friday to make this repair. If possible, we will call you before we come by.

This is the fastest way to get your repair completed, as many days a repairman with an extra 30 minutes may be in your neighborhood.

SET APPOINTMENT: Please have ChicoForRent set an appointment and advise me of the date and time. Any requests for appointments not between 9:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday will incure an overtime charge of $150 (to be paid in advance). Unless this is a life threatening condition, appointments usually require 21 days to schedule.

Should you elect to set an appointment and miss it you will be charged a $75 trip charge due our maintenance contractor in advance upon his return visit. Also, with a set appointment, you must vacate your parking area for our maintenance contractor's vehicles.
